The Right Cut for Your Face

The shape of your face is a deciding factor as to whether your hairstyle suits you or not. Check if you have so far made the right choice.
Even if you are lucky enough to have shiny hair and a fashionable hairdo, it's all wasted if the cut does not suit the shape of your face. If it is the right one, will emphasize your best features and will enhance your beauty. Check the shape of your face and discover what cut looks good on you, what does not and why.

Oval Face: With the symmetrical shape of your face, you can afford any hairstyle: short, long, loose or collection. Aprofittane, and fun to try different styles. Short hair show off your perfect proportions: opt for a cheeky cut-aggressive or pull them back with gel. If your hair is long or medium, collect them in an elegant chignon or keep them scaled and loose.
Avoid let the trap of routine.

Heart-shaped Face: The salient feature of this face is the cheekbones, so avoid cuts that hide them, it makes sense to put them out. Styles and fade away into the jaw likely to make it look like the chin too long, pointed, rather than delicate. If you have short hair, choose cuts set out, and with long tuft and scaled falling on the forehead to discover your cheeks. If you have them long, opt for cuts scaled up to the chin.

Round Face: A round face can be longer with the right cut. First, avoid the bobs straight and short, which increase the roundness of the face. Choose a style rather long and smooth, that thinner facial features. Alternatively, opt for a hairstyle with more volume on the head, which will lengthen the face. The short hair look good if brought a little longer on top, with disheveled locks on the front.

Stretched Face: The facial features long and tapering, they're fine with cuts that create the illusion of fullness at the sides of the face, such as fluffy curls. Donate hair of medium length and scaled, while the fringes are ideal with cuts longer. If you have short hair, choose cuts decided, and not to raise the hair effect "hedgehog". It also avoids the central scriminature, which would lengthen the face.

Square Face: With the pronounced jaw, avoid cuts perfectly straight and of equal length, which accentuate the edges of the face. Rather like best cuts you soften the features: scaled bobs, a lateral tuft, scaling and waves. The cuts slightly scaled and moved are suitable for short hair, and a bit of volume on the head balances the jaw. The side parting has a softer effect than the central one.

Triangular Face: Your jaw is defined and angular, while your face gets thinner towards the forehead. If you have long hair, prevents both parted in the middle, the equal bobs. Sweeten instead jaw with long hair and scaled, or soft waves faded toward the chin. The short cuts are fine, as long as they are not too much should be given length and volume on the head to balance the lower part of the face.

To transform your hair are enough clips, rubber bands or gel and a bit of experience.

Remove Unwanted Hair

A silky and well epilated is a must of femininity. Get rid of unwanted hair can be difficult, but the effort is rewarded by a skin smooth and soft that you will be proud to show off. Address the problem could create confusion when you find yourself in front of a wide range of techniques and equipment, from the shaver in the shower to waxing esthetician, to the treatment with the laser. The key to a good result is to find the method best suited to your hair and your skin, and the firm will be easier thanks to my guide.
Remove unwanted hair is a practice surprisingly remote.
The ancient Greeks, for which the smooth skin was a symbol of civilization, shave and depilate with a kind of molasses, the Romans tore their hair, the Egyptians used razor, threading and waxing.
In 1915 Harper's Bazaar was the first magazine to show a model with the shoulders and armpits in sight: pictures threw a true fashion of hair removal.
In the thirties and forties, when the skirts began to shorten, women started to shave their legs, especially during the Second World War, when the tights were scarce.
According to research Gillette, women shave a body area nine times larger than that of men.

Personally I removed unwanted hair forever with professional treatments to the beautician. I got to practice electrocoagulation in the groin area and armpits. In each follicle is inserted a thin needle, through which passes a current which destroys the follicle inhibiting regrowth. Lasting months or years, although the hair can grow back if stimulated.
It's painful and expensive. Each hair must be treated separately - often several times - and it takes more than one sitting to successfully depilate a small area, but it is virtually permanent!
As for arms and legs I opted for a laser treatment. The laser produces a beam of light that destroys the hair bulb. Lasts months after required maintenance sessions. It works by focusing the beam on a pigment, and is therefore unsuitable for dark skin or very light in red or gray hair. It's only suitable for dark hair on fair skin. It 's expensive and can be painful. The effectiveness and long-term effects are not clearly demonstrated but is quick and remove large areas of hair.
WARNING: PLEASE CONTACT ONLY AN EXPERT.
In the next post I will speak of alternative treatments.

When you're finished scrubbing, still applies moisturizer, removing the excess with a tissue. Leave to stand for five minutes before applying the lipstick. Or use a tinted moisturizer to soften with a touch of color. Do not use matte lipstick on dry lips: worsen the effect.

Downwards Eyes

With their pleasant downward tilt, these eyes have a gaze full of sweetness. Are often large and rounded, as bulging eyes, give a young and innocent air.

To raise slightly the angle of the eye, apply a light eye shadow on the arch and a darker shade on the outer half of the eyelid, blending the color upwards at the outer end. Concentrate mascara on the outer edge of the upper lashes.

Heavy-lidded Eyes

This type has large eyelids that seem to fall on the eyes, giving a mysterious and sensual appearance. With all that space above the eye, is the ideal form for daring with color.

Apply the eye shadow on the upper eyelid, orbit and under the outer half of the eye, drawing a thin "V" over the outside corner. Illuminates the center of the eyelid and use mascara on the upper lashes only.

Bulging Eyes

The bulging eyes attract attention, giving an air of naive and innocent. They are often very large, tend to be round and have extended eyelids.

Reduce the eyelids with a dark eyeshadow and matt on the upper and along the outer corner of the lower, finishing at the tip to reduce the roundness. Use a darker shade in the orbit and a bright on the arch. Complete with mascara on the upper lashes.

Sunken Eyes

The sunken eyes are topped by an arch eyebrows prominent, which often hides the eyelids. The eyebrows seem very close to the eyes, giving look very intriguing.

Wrap around the eye with a thin line of eye liner, then larger eye with a light eye shadow on the eyelid and superciliary arch. Use a darker shade just above the crease to soften the natural arch. Apply several layers of mascara.

Almond Eyes

Associated with an exotic look, this type of eyes is thin and long. May tend slightly upwards and often the crease on the eyelid is barely visible, making them a wonderful canvas for make-up.

Accentuates the shape of the eye with a pencil thin boundary, ending with a "V" horizontal outer corner. Use a clear tone on the arch and a darker one on the eyelid, ending with a generous application of mascara.

Oval Eyes

The most classic form, ranging from a nearly perfect oval to a more rounded. The eyes are neither sunken nor prominent, so it is the most suitable form to have fun with make-up.

Try to stretch your eyes spreading the eye liner just beyond the outer corner. Focuses on color, especially dark shades, outside. Finish with a few coats of mascara, especially on the upper lashes.

The Shape of the Eye

The eye is slightly less than 2.5 cm in diameter, has the shape of a ball slightly flattened and weighs about 28 g.
The eyes are not exactly the same, although it may be difficult to notice the differences.
Beat the eyelids 15 to 18 times per minute, which means from 14,400 to 17,280 times per day! Each pulse lasts about a quarter of a second.
The pupil dilates or shrinks to adjust the amount of light that enters the eye, but also the emotions affect this mechanism. The pleasure dilates the pupils, while anger and fear the shrink.
Light eyes need more protection from UVA, so you need to wear sunglasses of good quality.
To have a magnetic look just make the best the natural shape of your eyes. The eyes are the focal point of the face, and it is important to know how to value. Know the shape of their eyes is the first step to enhance their potential, while the second step is to use the make-up suitable for them to stand out.
The most common forms of the eyes are six, oval, almond-shaped, hollow, prominent, heavy-lidded and tending downward. To find out what type match your eyes, watching the six forms in later posts looking at you in the mirror when you're not wearing makeup. You can put into practice my make-up tips, using eye-liner, eye shadow and illumination to maximize the eye area.

The Treatment of Sleep

Modern life is marked by rhythms increasingly pressing: we work long hours, trying to combine the best family care home, friends and social life. At the end of the day, the best cure for themselves is a good night's sleep. A sleepless night, in fact, takes shine to thoughts, energies the body and affects our appearance as well as on the psychological well-being: dark circles, pale and blurred mind are the most obvious symptoms. In contrast, a sweet sleep means bright eyes, glowing skin and clear mind, in other words "beauty"!
Sleep is one of the best beauty treatments because it releases hormones beauty, such as collagen and keratin, which help skin and lips to stay younger and full. Regenerates the cells and helps prevent blemishes and dry skin. It gives a beautiful color to the face - if you are very tired, the blood flows to vital organs making you more pale and dull. It helps the immune system to fight infection and disease. Keeps shining mind and improves concentration. Helps memory and revitalizes the body and mind, giving a sense of well-being. Without spending a penny ...

During sleep, the brain has an intense activity that passes through five different stages.
Step 1. Light sleepers leads you from wakefulness to sleep and measure only a few minutes. The body relaxes and the heart rate slows.
Step 2. Characterized by a light sleeper (you wake up easily but it feels and looks stunned), at this stage the activity of the brain towards the outside world stops.
Step 3. The stage of deepest sleep decreases heart rate, temperature and pressure, and brain activity slows further.
Step 4. This is the stage of deepest sleep, when growth hormones protect the body and generate new tissue.
Step 5. REM (Rapid Eye Movement) is dedicated to the dream. The brain is very active, while the body is still asleep.

On average hours of sleep ideal for an adult is seven, but many people are enough even five. Researchers at Loughborough University found that women sleep 15 minutes longer than men, and generally tend to sleep more the hours needed.

For a sweet sleep you follow my advice.
The caffeine in coffee, tea and some soft drinks, makes the brain alert and awake. Can remain in circulation for nine hours, so it is best avoided after 2 pm.
Alcohol, although it has temporary sedative effects, it is also a stimulant, so it can upset the rhythms of the brain and make you spend a sleepless night.
Even the place where you sleep affects sleep. The perfect temperature is 18 ° C, neither too hot nor cold. Decide that your bedroom is the "relaxation area" and decorate with restful colors such as lilac or blue. Replace pillows every two years. Make sure that the shutters on the windows darkened rooms thoroughly: the darkness stimulates melatonin, a hormone responsible for sleep. No alarm clocks ticking.
An hour before going to bed begins to relax. Take a bath with relaxing oils such as lavender, sage, incense, sandalwood, marjoram or ylang ylang: all stimulate serotonin, another hormone of sleep.

By the way, as your sleep cycle, such as the larks or owls?
The larks wake up at dawn, during the day you get tired and fall asleep early in the evening. The owls, on the contrary, they wake up later, engage slowly and in the evening are full of energy.
I am a lark and you? Leave me a comment, I'm curious.

Finally, I suggest you to try a snack before bed. Cottage cheese or chocolate, and a handful of nuts, sunflower seeds and dried apricots (rich in vitamin B, which induces sleep), with some fig and date. Are both rich in tryptophan, an amino acid that produces the hormones of sleep.
Avoid fatty foods that take a long time to be digested and keep awake the body when it should relax. The food that contains monosodium glutamate (such as China) disturbs digestion, and spices such as pepper and mustard are stimulating. It also prevents the bread, gives a boost of energy to the brain.

How to Choose the Color of the Nail Polish

A beautiful color enhances the hands, while the wrong one colorless. The right shade depending on the hue of your complexion.
As for other makeup, the colors for nails can be divided into warm and cool tones. The enamels warm, have peachy undertones or yellow, and combine with warm skin, cold enamels have shades of pink or blue and enhance the cool skins. Read my first post to find out if your complexion is warm or cold.

Short Fingers: Great bright colors attract attention to the nails and not fingers, the pale colors look faded.

Long Fingers: Excellent light colors and natural, even better with the French manicure. The darker shades can make it look like your fingers are too long.

Short Nails: Excellent dark colors, intense, strong impact and sophisticated. If your nails are wide, choose more natural tones.

Long Nails: They're fine almost all the colors, but the dark ones can create a darkening effect.

Perfect Nail Polish Step by Step

Do not apply nail polish after wet hands, and especially after a bath: not adhere well on the nails are wet.
Before you begin, dip a cotton swab in the solvent and skim over each nail: in this way, your nails will be very clean and the enamel will stick better.
Spread a thin layer of base of each nail. Choose products without formaldehyde if you have dry or brittle nails. Start from the pinky and proceed to the thumb, so you risk not move your hand over the product has been applied. Rest the elbow of the painter's hand to avoid flicker. Let it dry for a few minutes.
Do not use a color because it is fashionable, make sure it is suitable for your skin. For a thin coat, dip the brush once for each nail. Remove the exceeding enamel cleaning the brush on the inside of the neck of the bottle. To avoid color the cuticle, push the brush on the nail 3 mm below it, approached gently and stopped just before the skin. Finally stretch the glaze towards the tip to obtain a uniform strip.
Dip the brush again. Pass it around the curve of the cuticle on one side and proceed toward the tip. Repeat on the other side.
Leave to dry for a few minutes (but if the weather is wet wait a bit more), then apply a second coat using the same technique. Always apply two thin layers of enamel rather than a thick: dry more quickly, and is less likely to splinter on the tips. Wait three minutes and refine with a top coat to secure and protect the enamel. Make it dry naturally: you'll get a much more durable finish.
Keep your nails just painted away from the hot water and the heat encourages the peeling effect and tends to shorten the life of your manicure.
Applied correctly, the enamel hardens in an hour and reaches maximum strength after two hours.
Treat your nails like jewels and not as tweezers: do not try to remove paper clips and tapping on a hard surface. Lay the top coat every two or three days and the enamel will be perfect for at least a week, 10 days.

P.S. Do not throw away the enamel dried: dilute with a few drops of solvent.

Nail Polish

Instantly transforms your hands and give the finishing touch to your look with a flawless polish.
The nails can enhance or ruin your look. If painted correctly, make you look healthy and cared for your hands, but if the enamel is damaged or smudged, giving a negative note to all your looks.
In the next post I will explain how to apply the polish perfectly, make it last longer and choose the color that suits you. To have impeccable nails on hands smooth and smoothed is just a matter of technique. Here are the essential tools.

Protective Base: It's a base coat, once dry, sticky remains. Is applied before enamel to make it adhere better.

Ridge Filler: It's a denser product that makes smooth the nail surface irregular, may be used instead of the base.

Nail Polish: Available in a wide range of colors and finishes, from matte to glossy, from metal to glitter.

Top Coat: Sets the color, enhances shine and helps prevent chipping and scratches. May be normal, shiny, or a wet look.

Oil for Nails: You can use it after the top coat to dry faster.

Now is the time to an oil-based moisturizer - most effective if applied when the feet are still damp. The creams that contain lanolin (a purified form of fat found in wool) works particularly well because the soles do not have sebaceous glands and the skin dries out easily.

If possible, let the moisturizer absorb into your feet up for about an hour.
Finally, try to stretch all the muscles of the feet with some exercises that will loosen the tension. Start with the regular rotation of the ankles, then flex each foot up and down several times. Bend your fingers and drop them, then ends by moving vigorously.

Use the Cleansing

A skin fresh and clean is the first secret of a face always bright: the biggest favor you can do it, you cleanse the very best, and it will shine health. Proper cleaning routine - the last thing in the evening before going to bed and early in the morning - removes dirt, sweat, make-up, pollution, dead skin cells and bacteria that cover the skin, clog pores and cause pimples, blacks points, drought or excess sebum. In addition, a good cleaning helps the skin renew itself more quickly, giving it a brighter look, and helps to better absorb moisturizers, tonics and other treatments for the face. Here's how to feel pleasantly "soap and water".
Before you start, wash your hands and collect the hair. Remember that any type of detergent you use (cream, gel or solid), the process must always be this.
Apply on each cheek a detergent size of a coin and cover it up to the hairline (where the make-up can accumulate). Avoid the eye area, but do not forget the neck (the neck skin is too sensitive for the regular soap) and the area behind the ears. Use your fingertips to spread gently cleansing the face and neck. Do not rub hard, would affect the skin's protective barrier. This process helps to remove dirt deep and stimulates circulation, oxygenating the skin and gives a healthy glow to your complexion.
Carefully remove the cleanser with a muslin cloth or a soft towel dipped in hot water and then wrung out. Do not remove the cleanser with a handkerchief, irritate the skin. Perform fast movements and circular help remove any remaining impurities. Wash regularly face cloths, or bacteria proliferate.
To ensure that all traces of detergent has been removed (residues can clog pores, causing pimples and not to enter the moisturizer), passes on the face of wadding pads soaked in water cold (but not freezing, can break the capillaries). Will also serve as refreshing tonic.

How to Choose the Cleansing

In Cream: A dense product, normally a combination of oil and water, creamy effect on the skin. Removes makeup and dirt, very moisturizing. Can leave residues in the case is not removed thoroughly. Ideal for normal to dry skin.

The Cleansing

The skin is an organ that lives and breathes, and is the first and most obvious sign of a proper cleaning personal. If you use a cleanser that does not like your skin, immediately feel the pull it and your complexion will become shiny or even gray. That's why in fact the classic soap and water are not suitable. The regular soap (what you use for the hands) has a pH different from that of face and neck (5.5), then it can alter the skin's defenses and damage, making it dry, oily and more prone to blemishes and irritation. Cleaners formulated specifically for facial skin are much better and, thanks to the wide choice in the market will not be a problem finding one that will help you feel really clean. The type of skin is an important factor in the choice of detergent, but they are also important personal preference: if you feel good on your skin, for sure will satisfy your needs.

Different ingredients, producing benefits of different skins. When you purchase a cleanser, look for these terms on the label:

Dry Skin: Search the milk proteins, which retain water and keep the skin hydrated.
Sensitive Skin: Search chamomile, which has soothing and anti-inflammatory properties.
Oily Skin: Look for the witch hazel, known for its astringent properties and can make the skin less oily.
Normal Skin: Look for the sweet almond oil, which removes dirt and moisturizes your face gently.
Mixed Skin: Use products with witch hazel in the T-zone and products for dry, normal or sensitive to other parts.

You can remove the cleanser with ...
A muslin cloth, a soft fabric that gently removes makeup and dirt, leaving the skin fresh and clean. More hygienic and effective of flannel, where dirt and bacteria can hide.
Of discs of cotton wool, the classical way. They work best when wet, because the dry wadding may leave lint. The organic wadding is better and worth it to pay a bit more (does not contain chemicals that may be harmful to the skin).

Combination Skin

Combination skin combines the features of normal skin and oily skin: usually the cheeks are normal, while the skin of the nose, chin and forehead is more sebum. This area is called "T-zone" because of its shape and is subject to rashes when you do not eat enough fruits and vegetables. Combination skin is common in both cold types, both in the warm types.

Having two different types of skin, it is best to treat each area in a specific way: products for the skin more oily T zone may be too aggressive for the thinner skin of the cheeks.
Use a mild detergent in gel, lotion or milk on the T-zone In places where your skin is dry, use a mild rich and moisturizing. Otherwise, choose a mild cream for normal skin.
Use an astringent tonic or a natural product such as witch hazel on the T-zone to make smooth the appearance of your skin and rose water on the other areas.
Apply a light product, non-greasy with sunscreen on the neck, cheeks and forehead. Make sure that it is not comedogenic. Do not worry about moisturizing chin and nose, because they produce enough natural oil.
Do not over clean or in hydration.

Normal Skin

If you have normal skin, you are among the lucky few ... including myself :-)
Our skin is balanced, that is neither oily nor dry, it is smooth and soft and the pores are almost invisible. Rarely suffer from rashes like pimples and blacks points, or allergic reactions to the products. We can eat what we want without any effect on the skin. It's more likely to have normal skin who has medium colors, warm or cold (I belong to the cold medium type).
Our challenge is to keep our skin well for as long as possible, while maintaining its natural balance of grease and hydration.
I use a neutral pH detergent and rinse skin thoroughly to make sure it is perfectly clean. Then I use rose water or a refreshing tonic to awaken the skin and revitalize it, but I avoid the astringent tonic or those that contain alcohol.
I protect my skin and keep moisture levels with a mild or medium moisturizer and apply a special gel on the eye.
I use a richer moisturizer when my skin requires greater protection, as for example in winter, when it is dried.

Dry Skin

The skin tends to dry out with age, even though you may have dry skin - all or a particular area - at any age. This type of skin may appear scaly, thin and tense with very small pores, almost invisible, and air conditioning, wind and sun can worsen the dryness (also drinking alcohol). Dry skin can be from the skins of cold type and to those hot type.
Dry skin needs gentle treatments and much nourishment to stay healthy and soft. Your goal is to increase the hydration of the skin to make it appear smooth and lush.
Use a mild cream, a very nutritious liquid, or a non-scented moisturizing soap.
Spray a bit of cold water after cleaning to stimulate circulation, or use an alcohol-free tonic. Rose water is a natural alternative.
Use a very nourishing cream, day and night.
Drink plenty of water - up to 2.5 liters per day - to rebalance the hydration of the skin, and eat lots of fruits and vegetables to feed it.

Sensitive Skin

Sensitive skin is easily irritated, may appear red or irritated and itchy spots. Often it is dry, but can also be mixed or oily. Many products (including spicy food) may ignite and cause the onset of unpleasant allergic reactions. The types from the clear, cold skin often have sensitive skin.
The most important thing is to treat your skin gently and use as few products as possible. Look for those hypoallergenic or allergy-tested, free of irritants such as perfume. But be careful: they can still contain ingredients that can irritate your skin. Always test new products: applying a drop behind the ear and wait 48 hours to see if there is a reaction. More than 60 percent of women say they have sensitive skin, so you're in good company!
Never use soap can upset the natural balance of the skin and make it even more sensitive. Rather uses a mild cream or lotion. Use warm water because the cold can be too aggressive, and avoids tonics because they can irritate the skin.
Use a gentle and hypoallergenic cream, preferably with sunscreen.

Oily Skin

Not only are the teenagers to have oily skin: even many twentysomething can have it. It's characterized by larger pores clearly visible and often looks shiny because the sebaceous glands are very active. This makes you more prone to pimples and points blacks, but the excess production of sebum makes your skin age less quickly. Your skin looks greasy when you eat fried foods. People with dark and warm colors generally have this type of skin.
Oily skin attracts more dirt because it's greasy, but it still needs gentle treatments: creams and too aggressive scrubbing can overstimulate the sebaceous glands and make it even more oily.
To clean use a mild lotion, a milk or gel cleanser to remove with water. The foaming gel are great because they dissolve sebum.
Refreshes the skin with a toner containing alcohol, but only when it is really shiny. Search for the word "astringent" on the label. The oils of witch hazel, malaleuca or grapefruit are excellent natural tonic for oily skin.
To moisturize using a water-based cream around the eyes, cheeks and neck, but not on the nose, chin and forehead are oily enough. Search on the label the word "non-comedogenic" (will not clog pores).
Treat yourself to a facial mask containing mud or clay to absorb excess sebum and soothe the rash.

Skin Types

If you will learn about your skin and its needs, you can keep it young with a long treatment program targeted.
The skin is rich in nerve endings that allow you to feel the heat, cold, touch, pain, light and taste. It's composed of two layers: a thin and outermost called epidermis, and an inner and much more thick called the dermis. The dermis contains collagen and elastin, making the skin smooth and firm and give it a healthy look.
The skin has a monthly cycle: new cells are formed at the base of the epidermis and take about a month to reach the surface and then fall off.
Children have a flawless skin, soft, smooth and hydrated, which remains fresh and clean with just a quick wash. But when you grow up, the skin changes and to protect it takes more time and dedication. Becomes subject to hormonal changes and is influenced by the climate and the environment, from what you eat and health conditions.
In the following post you will find out which of the five different types - oily, sensitive, dry, normal or mixed - part of your skin and what treatments are best suited to you.
Your skin may change at any time, so please check regularly every month its health and possibly suitable treatment.

Icon of Beauty

Linda Evangelista hits the mark every time she changes her hair color. It's been a blonde, brunette, brown and red light. Can afford it because the neutral shade of her complexion is enhanced by most of the colors - and is also impeccable adapting the make-up to new nuance.

How long will the color?

Hair dyes vary from permanent ones (which are eliminated by cutting or another color) to those that can last a single night.

Permanent Colors: The colors remain permanent until the hair growth or until the dye next sequence, and can be used to lighten or darken for. The color can fade, and it is therefore necessary to retouch roots after 6-8 weeks, when you begin to see the natural color. The permanent and semi-permanent colors contain ingredients that "swell" each hair, making the hair look thicker.

Henna: This permanent dye is available in shades of red and makes it possible to intensify the color with more than one application. It's made from the leaves and buds of the homonymous plant. Warning: can make orange bleached hair.

Tone on Tone Colors: They last longer than semi-permanent, as they penetrate deeper into the hair cuticle. The color withstands up to 20 washings.

Vegetable Colors or Semi-Permanent last up to 12 washes. Can be used to darken the hair or make warmer color, but not to lighten. They are a great way to groped new colors before a permanent change.

Temporary Colors: Known as color baths, usually last up to 4 shampoo. Are a good way to experiment with color and to give strength to your natural tone.

Hair Mascara: The hair mascara seem oversized and are perfect for reflections DIY or touch up of the roots and can also be used for a special effect before a party. Pass them on dry hair, and then make a shampoo. The tones range from natural ones, such as bronze, copper and blond, to more daring shades.

Choose Hair Color

The hair framing the face and a new and intense color can enhance the beauty of your features, capture the attention and can make you feel more beautiful and confident. But how to choose the right one?
Some ray of light can renew the ad hoc usually cut, while a radical change in color will give you a completely new image. In addition, with the right tone, the eyes seem brighter and your skin will shine. You'll feel at the top and you'll be irresistible.
To find the right color you only need to make sure that the tone and intensity are in harmony with your natural colors and deciding between a permanent change, a temporary touch of color, or a small fast "adjusted".

All natural colors are due to two pigments. The eumelanin gives color to the blacks and brown hair, while pheomelanin gives color to red, mahogany and blond hair.
Re-read my first post. Are you a hot type? Stay on warm tones. If you are a cool guy, you do not need to do is opt for the range of cold. Moved some shade than your natural color for a better result. Evidence of a lock before deciding: the color on the box is only indicative. Do not choose a color that you like on another, it may not be good for you. Try wigs to decide if the color suits you. When you change color, experimenting with new colors for makeup and clothes.
Avoid color hair very brittle without a professional opinion. Do not judge suffered a permanent color: from two weeks to "stabilize".

Get Blondes: The blonde hair color is perhaps the most popular, but beware: it can be difficult to bear. If your hair is ashen, the blond you'll be fine, as long as the right shade hot or cold. If the color of your hair ranges from light brown to the average, test with blonde highlights, but without the shades too light. If you are red, do not do; blonde hair does not suit your complexion. If you're blonde, go to brown mascara, you will donate a lot.

Get Brune: The brown is a strong choice, so you need to choose a makeup equally intense, bold colors that are matched to the hair. If you have natural blonde, do not get too dark, you extinguished, unless you do not have a pale ivory complexion. If your hair is light brown or medium, try a golden brown, harmonize well with your skin. If you are already dark, try some reflection warmer or red.

Get Red: Red hair may notice too much, but they adapt well to the warm tones of the skin. If you have natural blonde with warm skin, try some reflection light reddish brown. If your hair ranging from light brown to dark, can you dare bolder tones, such as bright red, copper or mahogany. If your hair is dark brown or blacks, some reflection mahogany you'll be fine. It also changes the make-up, warm brown tones on the cheeks and lips, and gold or green over the eyes.

Instant Measures

Choosing the Right Bra. A good bra visibly improves the appearance of the chest. Recommend to measure the circumference breast twice a year, since its measurement may vary with the oscillations of the weight. In fact, the perfect bra remains close to the chest, leaving no space between the tissue and the thorax strap keeps the back straight without making it up. The cups should be taut and wrinkle free, and should not leak around the elastic rolls of flesh.

Apply Make-Up. A clever use of cosmetics can enhance the breasts and create the effect of a deeper cleavage furrow. Apply a light foundation to even out skin tone (there are the foundation for the body - what you use on your face would not be suitable color), then the iridescent powder on the clavicle and the curve of the breast to catch the light, and finally the blush or bronzer on the cleavage.

Improve Posture. Keep your torso erect without arching your back makes the breast more clearly, it does look bigger and it helps not to yield. Imagine having a thread on the head that pulls you up: This position supports the chest on the diaphragm and distended vertebrae from the pelvic muscles, so the breast will be raised instead of falling.

Accustomed to use from an early age for breast firming creams help to maintain the elasticity of your décolleté with maximum efficiency.

Professional Treatments

Here are some of the treatments that you can undergo in your beauty salon.

Treatments with Electrostimulation and Ions: The electrostimulation is used to make elements firming the skin; high frequency of pulses increases the flow of oxygen toning the muscle tissue.

Creams and Masks: Gel or creams are formulated specifically applied to the breast, usually in a thermal mineral mask, and are left to act for half an hour. They are used to stimulate circulation and firming the skin.

Injections Collagen: Collagen is injected into the décolleté to give firmness to the skin and remove wrinkles. It takes about half an hour, and usually requires two treatments.

Homemade Cure

Did you know that some treatments to improve the décolleté you can easily do in the home?

Hydrotherapy: A jet of cold water on the breast at the end of the shower stimulates circulation to the surface, making it feel firmer and toned. Sprinkles each breast for at least two minutes. You can also bathe with cold water in the sink and if you're too cold, alternating with warm water. It's possible to buy special pump that attaches to the faucet.

Peeling Skin: The skin of the breast is 30% thinner than that of most of the body, so it can age prematurely. Exfoliating creams and massages are a great help. Make a scrub once a week with a gentle exfoliator made with sugar, making a vigorous circular motion to stimulate circulation and remove dead skin cells. Hydrated every day the skin around the breast up to your armpits.

Treatment of Food: A proper diet can firm your breasts and help him be more flexible. Serve several proteins to the body to produce collagen and elastin, which give the skin (and breast) its natural tone. I'm a vegetarian and substitute animal proteins with those of plant origin.

Herbal Supplements: LEVERAGE THE DOCTOR BEFORE TAKING THESE SUPPLEMENTS. Phytoestrogens and some herbs (fenugreek, fennel, sweet potato, oats) would increase the volume of the breast, and are therefore often used for this purpose in herbal products. Follow the instructions on the package and never exceed the recommended dose. Most of the treatments must be performed for three months before you see results, and even then, many women do not notice any difference.

Apply the Blush

For optimal performance the blush should be spread on a smooth and regular basis: keep your skin fresh and clean with weekly exfoliation. Before applying, wait for the moisturizer or base are stabilized at all. Finally, cover the imperfections with the concealer.

Wash your hands before and after application of a liquid or blush on your cheekbones gel. Put three dots on your cheekbones and pat with your fingers.
Do not rub but gently stretch the blush with your fingers outwards, blending the color towards your hairline.

For the cream blush: warm color on the back of your hand and apply it on the upper part of the cheek. Lay the blush on your cheekbones with a sponge or fingers. Feather in a circular motion and gradually intensifies the color. Keep the blush cream in a cool place: the heat would melt. Avoid applying the powder on the cream blush: ruin the light effect.

For the powder formulation buy a quality brush, smooth with a rounded tip. Put the brush on the blush and turn it, then delete the excess. Lay it on top of the cheeks with soft movements, following the natural line of the cheekbones.
Do not forget to regularly wash the brush with soap and water.

How to Choose the Blush

  • Cream-Powder: The creamy formulation is transformed into powder creates a soft, velvety effect. Easy to apply with your fingers, ideal for adding color or fade. Can clog pores and too heavy in the summer. Ideal for dry skin all year round for all types of skin in the winter, when you need a blush more moisturizing and protective.

  • Gel: Gives just a hint of color. Long-lasting, is water-based, so it does not cause skin reactions. It's hard to spread more layers to reinforce the color, it is too hazy to define the cheekbones. Ideal for oily skin, and when you want a healthy glow for the summer and when you do sport.

  • Liquid: Gives a natural color, without weighing it down. Similar to the wording stain, but easier to blend. If applied over the corrector and some types of foundation, may remove them. Ideal for oily and combination skin, the skin on its own or over a very transparent foundation.

  • Powder: Provides a versatile color with a matte finish. Available in many color and finish, do not smudge the concealer, easy to be applied in several layers to increase the intensity. Can weigh the driest skin. Ideal for any skin when you want to create a beautiful complexion and sculpt cheekbones.

  • Stain: The liquid penetrates the skin, coloring long without covering effect. Long-lasting and natural colors in beautiful shades. It dries quickly, so you should spread immediately, it can lead to stains on dry skin. Ideal for any skin, when you want a natural look for the day to ensure a good seal.

  • Cream: Create an opaque color, with a bright "wet" effect that lasts. It's available in a wide range of colors, stretches with your fingers. Is not fixed, so it can fade and smudge. Ideal for dry or mature skin, when you give the face a touch of color while maintaining hydration.
To get a better result uses two similar products: the blush liquid or cream works best on liquid foundation, while the powder is more suitable to a powder base.

Special Ingredients (Blush)

Wheat Protein: They preserve the hydration of the skin, making it firmer and helping to reduce wrinkles.
Triglycerides: Help spread the liquid and cream blush avoiding greasy effect and make it more effective UV filters.
Dimethicone: A silicone that gives the blush a smooth and velvety effect, it does last longer and helps the pigments to spread evenly.
Ultra Fine Powder: It has the very fine particles that give a velvety texture to blush powder.

The Blush

A healthy complexion gives to all, and the blush is the ideal cosmetic for it, because revives and gently sculpts the face in seconds without making you look too made up. Natural color, gradient at the top of the cheekbones, transforms and enhances your features, recreating the rosy cheeks that you had as a teenager. Think of the difference between the pale complexions of the sixties and the warm and radiant faces of the seventies, when it was fashionable to a more healthy and natural beauty.
Choose the shade that is closest to your natural color. When you stretch out the blush, keep light and follow the instructions from your skin, not by fashion. Make Up always under a strong and homogeneous light, so that it is easier to reproduce the same color on both sides of the face. Check blush after a few minutes, when the skin has had time to stabilize, so you can clearly see the color.

Exercises for the Face

You can not change your bone structure, but you can make the cheeks seem more defined with gym and massage the muscles that support them. Perform these exercises at least once a week.

Tone: Starting from the nose carries some light pinching your cheeks. Proceed slowly to the point where the jaw meets the cheekbones, and then returns to the nose. This reduces the swelling.

Firm skin: gently massaged the skin with olive oil, making a circular motion with your fingertips, from the jaw to the cheekbones. Olive oil is rich in nutrients that can rejuvenate the tissues and restore color to the complexion.

Muscles: Smile in the mirror. When the smile is at its maximum, hold it for a few seconds and try to stretch it further raising the corners of the mouth. This exercise tones the muscles and helps the cheeks not to yield.

The Test of Smiles

Remove make-up, hair pick up, look in the mirror, smile and find out with this short test what is the shape of the cheekbones that is closest to yours.

When you smile, your cheeks seem to get up to the eyes and to the top of the ears, high cheekbones.
When you smile, the line of your cheekbones appear from the corners of the mouth and finish below the ears: low cheekbones.
When you smile, your cheekbones widen the face shape and follow the structure of the jaw: wide cheekbones.
When you smile, your bone structure makes your cheeks look like two prominent "apples" central cheekbones.
When you smile, you can not hardly see the cheekbones: small cheekbones.

Small Cheekbones

Typical of any type of face, but above all round. Many celebrities have a face with a delicate bone structure, hidden behind fleshy cheeks. Just use a make-up that creates the effect of pronounced cheekbones.

Central Cheeckbones

Typical for oval faces, elongated, round and heart. The Central Cheeckbones have a rounded shape similar to an "apple", especially when the person smiles. This form of the cheekbones is very charming, but the blush should be applied with care, or the eyes and the mouth will stand.

Wide Cheekbones

Typical of square and round faces. The wide cheekbones are usually accompanied by a strong jaw and wide. Are often characteristic of the faces of supermodels, but also synonymous with a wide face, a blush misapplied may overemphasize this aspect.

Low Cheekbones

Typical faces triangular, square and round. The cheekbones low start from the corners of the mouth and curving gently upwards towards the ear lobes. Give great charm, but can also weigh down the face if the blush is misapplied.

High Cheekbones

Typical of long faces, oval and heart. High cheekbones depart from the temples, down sharply and bend near the eyes. Beauty is not only dependent on the structure of the face, yet high cheekbones have long been idealized. Were associated with the aristocracy because they are characteristic of a strong bone structure, a sign of youth, health and strength - once the desired traits in kings and queens. In addition, I believe that the high cheekbones function as "crutches", supporting the rest of the face, which will remain younger longer.
They can be very photogenic, but a wrong application of the bush could make them look too prominent and bony.

The Bone Structure

Discover what your bone structure and what form characterizes your cheekbones. The size and the line of the cheekbones is determined by the structure of bones and muscles underneath.
There are five main forms of cheekbones: high, low, wide, central and small. Watch the faces of celebrities in the post below, then take the test of the smile, and find out which type you belong.
All women would like cheekbones well defined and, if you were an actress, perhaps you'd be willing to pay and suffer for them. In the thirties and forties, some Hollywood stars were made to remove the wisdom teeth because the facial features look more chiseled. Today celebrities prefer plastic surgery of facial implants, an expensive procedure that involves the application of silicone cushions between the skin and the cheekbone. A cheaper option and painful is to use a good make-up!
If you can enhance the line of the cheekbones, the more your face will look smooth and you will be more photogenic.
For an immediate definition and rapid color on the cheeks, passes several times the palms of the hands on the sides of the nose to the ears.

Yoga

Any woman can do yoga is the best way to tone your muscles, relax the body, calm the mind and eliminate stress. Despite having originated in India about 5000 years ago, is considered the perfect discipline to solve the problems of modern man, such as overwork and lack of fitness. In addition, yoga can boost energy levels, increase muscle strength and help you sleep better. It's important to follow your own rhythm, without effort, so as not to feel pain the next day. If a movement causes you pain, do not. You never feel tension: just do what you can.

Pamper Your Hands

This mini curative treatment will not take more than ten minutes. Before you begin, remove the polish with a non acetone solvent, not to dry the nails.
Apply cuticle remover. Massaging gently and let it act for a minute, so as to soften and moisturize the area.
Dilute a little liquid soap in a bowl with warm water and soak your nails for 3-5 minutes, then clean them with a brush. Rinse and dry well.
Remove excess layers of cuticle with the curved side of the stick orange making small circular movements. Then wrap the ends in cotton to push back the cuticles.
Spread on the nails a bit of vitamin E or cuticle cream and apply a moisturizer on your hands. Massaging carefully for three minutes to stimulate the best movement and nail growth.

Now let's file and shape the nails.
Use the file once a week keeps the nail shape and helps to avoid breakage. The best time to file is when the white part is 6 mm beyond the tip of your finger.
There are three main forms of nail: choose one that reflects the curve of your cuticle.

Oval Nails: The oval nails give charm to your hands. Stretch your fingers to look elegant and graceful. Suitable for small hands, slender fingers. Tilts the file for acting on the underside.

Squared Nails: The square nails they look strong, but it is not true that this form makes them more durable. Suitable for big hands and nails wide. Keep the file at a right angle to the edge of the nail.

Squoval: The squoval nails are half way between the square and the oval. They look good in practically all. Suitable for most of the hands. File as nail square, then rounds off the corners.

Begins with the little finger and proceed towards the thumb. Fold the file to the edge of the nail, so as to polish especially the lower side. Proceed by the angle at the center, always in the same direction. Then file from the other corner to the center, with movements in the opposite direction. It's important not to use a saw movement, otherwise it will ruin the edge of the nail. Do not file the corners too much, because a little lateral growth of the nail makes it look longer and prevents infections. Be careful not to shave more on one side than the other. To make sure that the nail is balanced, look at it from different angles.
Smoothes nails every two weeks you will get a natural shine like a layer of clear nail polish, but it does not splinter. Also correctly nails rough or scored. Starting from the cuticle, gently passing the buffer on the nail. Run regular movements and in one direction, but do not overdo it, otherwise you can thin the nail.
To get really nails clean and bright, complete manicure passing a white pencil under the edge of each nail.
If you want to apply a nail polish, first use a cotton swab soaked in solvent to remove any oil or cream.
