Exercises for the Face


You can not change your bone structure, but you can make the cheeks seem more defined with gym and massage the muscles that support them. Perform these exercises at least once a week.

Tone: Starting from the nose carries some light pinching your cheeks. Proceed slowly to the point where the jaw meets the cheekbones, and then returns to the nose. This reduces the swelling.

Firm skin: gently massaged the skin with olive oil, making a circular motion with your fingertips, from the jaw to the cheekbones. Olive oil is rich in nutrients that can rejuvenate the tissues and restore color to the complexion.

Muscles: Smile in the mirror. When the smile is at its maximum, hold it for a few seconds and try to stretch it further raising the corners of the mouth. This exercise tones the muscles and helps the cheeks not to yield.
