Oily Skin

Not only are the teenagers to have oily skin: even many twentysomething can have it. It's characterized by larger pores clearly visible and often looks shiny because the sebaceous glands are very active. This makes you more prone to pimples and points blacks, but the excess production of sebum makes your skin age less quickly. Your skin looks greasy when you eat fried foods. People with dark and warm colors generally have this type of skin.
Oily skin attracts more dirt because it's greasy, but it still needs gentle treatments: creams and too aggressive scrubbing can overstimulate the sebaceous glands and make it even more oily.
To clean use a mild lotion, a milk or gel cleanser to remove with water. The foaming gel are great because they dissolve sebum.
Refreshes the skin with a toner containing alcohol, but only when it is really shiny. Search for the word "astringent" on the label. The oils of witch hazel, malaleuca or grapefruit are excellent natural tonic for oily skin.
To moisturize using a water-based cream around the eyes, cheeks and neck, but not on the nose, chin and forehead are oily enough. Search on the label the word "non-comedogenic" (will not clog pores).
Treat yourself to a facial mask containing mud or clay to absorb excess sebum and soothe the rash.
