Sensitive Skin

Sensitive skin is easily irritated, may appear red or irritated and itchy spots. Often it is dry, but can also be mixed or oily. Many products (including spicy food) may ignite and cause the onset of unpleasant allergic reactions. The types from the clear, cold skin often have sensitive skin.
The most important thing is to treat your skin gently and use as few products as possible. Look for those hypoallergenic or allergy-tested, free of irritants such as perfume. But be careful: they can still contain ingredients that can irritate your skin. Always test new products: applying a drop behind the ear and wait 48 hours to see if there is a reaction. More than 60 percent of women say they have sensitive skin, so you're in good company!
Never use soap can upset the natural balance of the skin and make it even more sensitive. Rather uses a mild cream or lotion. Use warm water because the cold can be too aggressive, and avoids tonics because they can irritate the skin.
Use a gentle and hypoallergenic cream, preferably with sunscreen.
