Massage DIY

If you have some free time, give yourself a time even more enjoyable with this relaxing massage. Also perfect for a Sunday on the couch ...
Before you begin, make sure the room is warm, and stretch out a towel on a comfortable chair. You can use a moisturizer or an oil specially prepared, as you prefer. Take at least 20-30 minutes for the massage, and then give yourself some time to relax. While doing the massage, experiment to see how much pressure you have to exert to make it enjoyable.
Start massaging the oil or cream to the entire foot, from the toes to the ankles, making prolonged and energetic movements.
Massage each finger in a circular motion and rub it while stretching. Spend at least a minute each.
Now act on the sole of the foot, concentrating on the areas between the metatarsals (the bones that go from the fingers to the heel). Make a circular massage with pressure.
Get my feet in his hands and, with rapid movements, rub up and down.
Use your knuckles to press and rub the arch of the foot, then press and massage to the fingers with the palm of the hand.

Relax for a few minutes, then go to the top of the foot. With a slight pressure, massaging from the toes and along the foot, until the lower end of the calf.
Ends with some circular movements around the ankles and stretch your foot by bending back the fingers.

Run these treatments before you wear high heels. If your feet are relaxed, be able to wear shoes comfortably for longer.
