Perfect Nails

If you take care of your nails look like a waste of time in the midst of so many commitments, stop and think. The well groomed nails are not only beautiful: they are a sign of good health. Regular care mean that your hands and your nails have to look good and will help prevent problems. Also, do not need to devote too much time, just a few minutes a day. It's certainly nice to have a manicure in a beauty salon, but also at home you can get a professional result. Here are basic accessories for a manicure ..

The cutter is better than scissors: use it to cut, then refines the curve with the file.
The file adjusts the shape of the nails. The glass files are preferred by beauticians. Those glass are expensive, but they last forever and prevent chipping and flaking. The lime-grained diamond and the cardboard ground coarse are mainly used to shorten the nails. Fine-grained files are perfect for a smooth finish. The metal files can scratch and break your nails, so it is best left to the professionals. Before using a new file, wet it with water: in this way will be more gentle on the nail.
The gripper cuticle. The cuticle is a waterproof seal that prevents bacteria and viruses to attack the nail and cause an infection. Regular care keeps it soft and healthy, avoiding the break and get infected. Do not cut too much, otherwise the cuticle grow back harder.
Cuticle cream softens cuticles (you can also use vitamin E or sweet almond oil).
The cuticle remover helps to remove dead skin.
Orange stick: the curved end eliminates dead skin and wrapped in cotton, push back the cuticles. When you push back the cuticles, do not force: stop if you feel any resistance. The pointed end cleans under your nails.
Brush for nails used morning and evening keeps healthy and clean hands, nails and cuticles.
The buffer file, smoothes and polishes nails.

Try to follow this simple treatment program.
Every day using a small brush to clean your nails and apply a special cream or oil above. (or at least three times per week)
Every two or three days soften the cuticles.
Every week file and shape the nails.
Every two weeks, run the full treatment described in the next post, then polishes the nails to make them shiny.

How to Choose and Apply the Perfume

With so many fragrances and bottles, it's easy to hesitate at the counter of a perfumery. Here's how to find the fragrance you are looking for.
Think about what you need - work, field trips, romantic evenings, dinner parties or holidays hot?
Make a list of fragrances that you like, the classic ones and those worn by your friends or you've tried in perfumery.
Go in perfumery with a wide selection of options and you should contact a friendly seller.
Refer to the seller what you like and for what occasion you need them: she will be able to recommend different fragrances in the same family.
Spray the perfume on strips of paper and write on their behalf. To "clean" the nose between the aroma and the other, you can smell a woolen garment like a scarf or sweater.
Shrink it down to three - spray one on each wrist and one on the forearm. Continue to imagine where you wear perfume.
Wait a few hours to make sure that the scents change and adapt to your skin. If the fragrance continues to like each time the sniff, buy it!

Coco Chanel advised to put the scent wherever expected to be kissed. Apply perfume before dressing, spraying it on your wrists and neck. The smell tends to rise, then put some 'even on the ankles and behind the knees. Sprinkles from the distance of an arm, so the perfume is not concentrated in a single point.
You can also spray a cloud of perfume and through it.
Do not overdo it: three sprays of eau de parfum spray and five in the case of an eau de toilette is sufficient.
For a lasting fragrance, use soap, lotion and perfume of the same line.

The aroma of a fragrance changes after wearing because the scent is a mix of essences, called "notes", which evaporate at different times.
Top Notes: These are the first that you feel. Mainly citrus aromas, fruity and green; take about 15-30 minutes.
Heart Notes: They develop later. These notes are warmer, especially floral and wood, lasts 2-3 hours.
Base Notes: Damage depth to a fragrance. Last 4-6 hours and are the richest known as musk, vanilla and amber.

Fragrances

The right perfume is more than just a fragrance: it is your "personal essence" in bottle. Scientists say the sense of smell is the most primitive sense, affecting our sensuality animal causing powerful sensations, such as sexual attraction, appetite and emotion. I believe that the sense of smell is important because it can not be "turned off", and because it is linked to the same region of the brain that houses the mind: a smell can bring back memories and feelings of people and places.
The sense of smell is not only interferes with the way you feel or think, is our sense more sophisticated and some research shows that influence the perception others have of us. For this use the right perfume is more important than you might think.
The different fragrances can be traced to six basic groups, the so-called olfactory families: floral, chypre, citrus, fougere, oriental and ozonic. Each family includes many varieties, but with common characteristics.

Floral: There is a wide range of floral notes such as rose, violet and jasmine, and fragrances in this family contain a "bouquet" in which they are combined together, or one strong note. Can have many personalities, from fresh to that spicy, and are very easy to wear.
Chypre: The French name of this family comes from the island of Cyprus, where many of the ingredients of this classic fragrance. A basic chypre scent of wood and musk, with citrus notes such as bergamot, and sometimes with floral notes.
Citrus: The citrus fragrances are revitalizing and release the freshness of lemon, orange, bergamot, of lime and grapefruit. Their scent stimulates the nose and the brain.
Fougère: "Fougère" in French means "fern". These aromas are often unisex and are a mixture of lavender and a base of grass or moss. Sometimes they contain oriental, spicy and citrus notes.
Oriental: Rich and intense, oriental fragrances contain exotic spices such as sandalwood and vanilla and notes of musk and amber. It is not surprising that the musk is considered "sexy" is a substance secreted by glands animal that serves as a sexual signal. These essences are often intense and long-lasting.
Ozonic: Develop since the nineties, these marine fragrances bring a breath of fresh breeze, evoking the scent of the sea and the days on the beach.

Not always a mascara that looks good on your friend is right for you: it all depends on your eyelashes.
